Request account deletion
Ask us to delete your ShopSynch account and the personal data we hold about you. Submit the form and we'll confirm by email and begin processing your request.
What we delete, and what we keep
We process deletion requests as quickly as we can, once any outstanding orders, settlements, refunds or compliance reviews on the account are closed out.
Deleted
- Your account, sign-in credentials and sessions
- Store profile, settings and team access
- The personal information you provided during onboarding
Kept, as required by law
- Financial transaction, settlement and payout records
- Invoices, tax and compliance records
- Kept only for the period required by Nigerian financial and tax regulations, then deleted or anonymised
